  • North County Plaza, Oceanside, CA: Structural design of 2 anchor stores and multiple shop and pad buildings for shopping center adjacent to Plaza Camino Real. Also provided structural design for modifications and tenant improvements to original center including adding a new 17,000 s.f. Lee Wards by modifying, combining and adding to existing shops.

  • Plaza Rancho Del Oro, Oceanside, CA: Multi-building, multi-phase suburban retail center including shop buildings supporting a market and drug store.

  • University Square, San Diego, CA: Multi-building, two-phase suburban retail center including major anchor stores, minor stores and restaurants.

  • The Gap Building, San Diego, CA: Remodel, alteration and seismic retrofit of older mixed use multi-story building to provide new single user ground floor retail space.

  • Market Place at the Grove, Retrofit & Redevelopment Studies, San Diego, CA: Studies to retrofit and redevelop existing older two-story concrete frame suburban retail center. Also included in studies, phasing of redevelopment to keep certain portions of center open throughout redevelopment.

  • Seaport Village Expansion, San Diego: Services to date include concept study for subterranean parking garage below retail buildings, pedestrian plaza and community based urban park.

  • The Ferry Landing Expansion, Coronado, CA: Site development of multi-use property including two restaurants, existing office building, site utilities and parking. Facilities included shoreline revetment, public bike path and the reinstatement of two public beach coves.

  • San Diego International Airport Concessions, San Diego, CA: Structural engineering of 36 new retail, news & concession and food service spaces at San Diego International Airport, East and West Terminals, including core and shells structural modifications and additions and tenant improvements for $10 million project.
